What pickup locations are available?

At this time pickup is available in Lumberton, North Carolina . Pickup address will be sent to you upon ordering along with confirmation of your preferred pickup time. We appreciate your patience as we work on a wider pickup range and create local delivery options. Subscribe here for updates.

Is delivery available?

Delivery is available in Southeastern North Carolina area (Lumberton, Fayetteville and some surrounding areas). Local shipping is available for most items (excludes refrigerated items). Stay tuned, we’re working on increasing availability.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is currently only available within North Carolina. Shipping will soon become available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Due to the stability of our goods, international shipping is not available.

How does shipping work?

When you place an online order you will be notified is shipping is available to your area. You’ll receive a confirmation email and when the order has been fulfilled and shipped out, you’ll be notified. We receive your order immediately and they will always ship within 48hrs. Production of your desserts start within 12hrs of your order being placed. Large orders may take 72hrs to prepare, package and ship. If that changes or there is a delay on our end, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you place an order for shipping, you can cancel within exactly 12hrs. Orders cancelled outside of 12hrs will only receive a partial refund. If you make a mistake on your order please let us know as soon as possible by responding to your confirmation email or contacting us here.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel an order outside of the 12hr period, you may receive a partial refund. Refunds are not available once an order is shipped, delivered or picked up. If you have an issue with your order we implore you to contact us directly and we will work with you to make your order right. For custom orders we make sure there are several appointments prior to final product to ensure it meets your needs.

Custom Orders

Custom orders involve various levels of communication so that we can make sure you as the client are satisfied. If you have a change or concern during the process please ensure you communicate with me so it can be addressed. Once the order has been finalized changes are not accepted. Delivery and pickup dates must be confirmed as soon as possible. If delivery is selected, please note we do not complete setup on custom orders. Table setup is only available for dessert table orders.
